  • Responsible for cash handling, accepting deposits, loan payments, & utility payments; balancing cash drawer, etc.
  • Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
  • This position is based primarily in Elderton, with occasional travel to our Rural Valley and North Apollo offices.

Full-Time Electronic Services Representative

We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Electronic Services Representative in Elderton, PA! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers with digital banking tools, and keeping electronic services running smoothly. As an Electronic Services Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for supporting customers with online banking, card services, and remote deposit capture, while also assisting with daily bank operations.

  • Support the Bank’s ATM and debit card processing systems
  • Support the Remote Deposit Capture system
  • Support the online banking system
  • Assist customers with specialized services, inquiries, and problem resolution
  • Process chargebacks and prepare notices
  • Serve as a back-up for proof operations and the telephone switchboard
