This role supports the Bank’s lending operations by assisting with consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan processing. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure loan files are accurate, compliant, and complete.

📝Job Description 

• Support daily lending operations across consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans
• Scan and maintain loan documentation within the computer system
• Process collateral, insurance, and related loan documents
• Maintain tickler systems for UCC filings and insurance expirations
• Research and respond to routine customer inquiries
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and department logs
• Assist with mortgage loan processing when needed
• Coordinate with loan officers and other departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies

📌Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized loan education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of related experience
• Knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient PC and general computer skills
• Attention to detail with strong reading, writing, and math abilities
