As an Electronic Services Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for supporting customers with online banking, card services, and remote deposit capture, while also assisting with daily bank operations.

📝Job Description 

• Support the Bank’s ATM and debit card processing systems
• Support the Remote Deposit Capture system
• Support the online banking system
• Assist customers with specialized services, inquiries, and problem resolution
• Process chargebacks and prepare notices
• Serve as a back-up for proof operations and the telephone switchboard

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Prior banking and computer knowledge preferred
