Elderton State Bank is seeking an experienced, customer-service focused Branch Manager to lead the opening of our new branch located in Brush Valley, PA.  This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for new and existing customers in a small community bank branch while establishing a team environment for employees. 📝 Key Responsibilities 

• Manage branch operations to meet financial services needs of customers in the community
• Lead and supervise branch staff, ensuring proper training and customer service excellence
• Establish and achieve sales and customer service goals aligned with the Bank’s annual operating plan
• Provide direct service to customers for deposit, loan, and other banking products
• Approve or reject loan applications within individual lending authority
• Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (CRA, BSA, etc.)
• Maintain branch security, vault operations, and office management
• Actively participate in the community in a manner that reflects favorably on the Bank
• Process and ensure accuracy of IRA accounts and regulatory compliance
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and assist with specialized services from other bank departments
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all bank products and services to identify and meet customer needs
• Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and activities

📌 Requirements 

• Minimum of five (5) years of related banking experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus specialized banking education and training
• Demonstrated management and supervisory skills
• Thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
