Electronic Services Representative

We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Electronic Services Representative in Elderton, PA! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, supporting customers with digital banking tools, and keeping electronic services running smoothly. As an Electronic Services Representative, you’ll be the go-to resource for supporting customers with online banking, card services, and remote deposit capture, while also assisting with daily bank operations.

  • Support the Bank’s ATM and debit card processing systems
  • Support the Remote Deposit Capture system
  • Support the online banking system
  • Assist customers with specialized services, inquiries, and problem resolution
  • Process chargebacks and prepare notices
  • Serve as a back-up for proof operations and the telephone switchboard

Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Staff Accountant! This role works closely with the CFO and plays a key part in managing the bank’s financial operations, reporting, and regulatory support. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and experienced in accounting practices within a financial environment.

📝Job Description 

  • Oversee accounting systems, including fixed assets, accounts payable, and subsidiaries
  • Assist with financial and feasibility analysis
  • Support management and control of financial reporting; serve as back-up for regulatory reporting
  • Prepare adjusting and correcting entries as needed
  • Prepare financial reports for management and external groups such as regulators
  • Assist outside auditors during annual audits
  • Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and correct accounting errors as needed
  • Monitor fixed asset purchases and capital expenditure budgets
  • Assist with asset/liability management and investment portfolio management
  • Reconcile correspondent bank accounts
  • Ensure proper funding for cash letters, security purchases, and the Federal Reserve
  • Assist with credit analysis for commercial customers
  • Assist with CECL to ensure adequate funding
  • Make daily entries and monthly reconciliations for investment portfolio accounts
  • Perform and review in-house reconciliation of DDA accounts and official checks
  • Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures

📌Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of accounting-related experience required
  • Knowledge of asset/liability management, interest rate risk, and budgeting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
